           There is an arabian proverb which says, he who has health has hope and he who has hope has it all. Contrary to the believe, living a healthy lifestyle is not complicated or time consuming.

           Here are few daily healthy tips to burn calaroies and stay fit while you work, play or even drive.

1) As you wake up situp slowely. Do not use your hands. Straighten your legs and lean forward. You then feel a gentle stretch in your back. Hold; then using your abs, lower yourself flat. Rest and repeat this a couple of times. This exercise straighten the core.


2) Use slim milk for your coffee and tea. Opt for whole grain preparation and cereals rather than instant food. Have a protein heavy meal earlier in the day as you may eat less as the day progresses. Hard boiled egg is good option as it makes you feel full and you will not feel tempted to snack before lunch.

3) Apple is the best snack as it is pack with fiber and water. So the stomach will feel full and save you a few calaroies which you would otherwise gain by snacking on cookies.

4) Whenever you converse over the phone, stand up and pace around. Walk up to a colleague who is sitted farthest from you and deliver daily messages instead of using intercom.

5) Takes stairs whenever possible, carry some weight when you go on grocery shopping.

6) Sit in your chair with your back straight and your feet on the floor, squeeze knees together and gently bring them towards your chest. Do it a couple of times it will strengthen your abdominals

7) Start with a clear soup for lunch or dinner. You will feel fuller and eatless. After dinner, while still sitting at the table, extend your leg out; slowely bend it up and down. Squeeze and hold in the up position for atleast 5 seconds. Repeat with other leg. It scultts the quadriceps.

           The above daily healthy tips will help you burn the calories through out the day. You may not even realize it until you find yourself stronger, healthier, sharper, more energetic and feeling years younger in mind, body and spirit.
